I am frankly running out of things I can do as I wait on parts to return from power coat, plating, and brazing. Even though it’s taking up more room, I decided to assemble the running engine stand. Just in case something was missing.
It seems like everything is here, and 6-volt compatible. There are even the optional components for mounting a 911 engine. Hmmm.
Even though it has been many years since my dad acquired this, I was able to contact the manufacturer Zalex Industries who promptly responded to my questions. Looks like I’m back to renting an hoist soon so I can swap stands. I’ll be needing a battery too.
